Saturday In Greenbrier SP

T-storms this morning precluded riding, so we packed up, drove to our
campsite, and then spent the afternoon at Harpers Ferrry, taking our
time. Tomorrow we head through Sharpsburg, the Potomoc, and Brunswick
MD.

Dinner, and its prep, is clearly a highlight, as is eating! Everyone
will call home Sunday.

Birthday In Gettysburg

Kate Ridgeway's 16th birthday demanded ritual bike decoration from
friends.
Rain, heat, battlefield sadness, glory horror, and nobility. Good
sleep too after surprise pizza outing. Mountain climb(s) today.

Victories Today, and Some Rain

The photo captures the joyous feel of climbing up out of the
Susquehana River to the "rolling" farmland above. A great personal
victory for all. A beautiful ride through lunch, then rain. Thereupon
we quit the road andheaded to camp. Some raise camps while others shop
for provisions. Lovely group work. "It can't be about me, because it's
about us."
